We always care that the item you purchase from Vinyl Music Madness meets your expectations. We endeavour to always be accurate with our grading but due to the amount of used vinyl we sell, mistakes do sometimes occur.
If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, just return the item and we’ll issue a full refund on receipt.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of delivering the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you cancel your purchase for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned item. If the item is found to be faulty, you will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We will usually make any refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
